How do I connect to Ableton?

Use USB, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth MIDI on Mac. Windows supports wired MIDI, rtpMIDI, and experimental Bluetooth MIDI. Follow the short setup guide in the manual.

Is 7III Tap a free Ableton Live Controller App for iPhone and iPad?

Yes, 7III Tap is free to test. Controlling Live is limited to 15 minutes every 24 hours, but the connection test remains available after the playing time is over.

What Premium upgrades are available?

There is a one-time purchase for lifetime access to unlimited Tap use.

Can I edit audio clips and browse samples?

Yes. Tap 2.1 adds audio clip editing with zoomable waveforms, Warp markers, loop controls, gain, pitch, cropping, and conversion tools. Use the Samples browser and search to find and load sounds. See the audio clip guide for the workflow. Available audio conversions depend on your Live edition.

Where is Undo and Redo?

Long-press on the arrows in the footer bar for undo and redo!
